Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking: All childcare bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the requested care date to ensure proper staffing and planning. Cancellation: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled childcare date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled care are non-refundable.
